Auction Guidelines

1. Payment Terms
Payment is accepted at the time of sale via Cash, Zelle, or Bank Wire. Vehicles may not be removed until funds have cleared.

We also accept Certified Checks and Cashier's Checks. Purchasers paying by Certified or Cashier's Check must provide a minimum $500 cash deposit at the time of sale, and full payment must be received within 24 hours of the auction.

A $99 Administrative Auction Fee will be added to each vehicle purchase.

All Certified Checks and Cashier's Checks must be made payable to CHUAY LLC. Please request wiring instructions or Zelle information if needed.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS."

2. Bidder Registration
All bidders must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid government-issued photo ID, and register to obtain a bidder number prior to the start of the auction.

Any registered bidder who places a winning bid and refuses or fails to complete payment will be removed from the auction and permanently barred from participating in future auctions.

3. Vehicle Removal & Storage Fees
All purchased vehicles must be removed from the property within 24 hours of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made with auction staff.

A storage fee of $25.00 per day, per vehicle, will be assessed beginning the day after the auction for any vehicle remaining on the property without prior approval.

4. Vehicle Condition & Title Disclaimer
All vehicles are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," WITH ALL FAULTS, and without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, mileage, or ability to obtain title or registration.

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own inspections and determining title and registration requirements in their home state prior to bidding.

5. Unauthorized Vehicle Access
Entering, opening, or accessing any vehicle not designated for inspection or sale is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the property and permanently barred from future auctions.

6. Removal of Property from Vehicles
Removing or attempting to remove any item from any vehicle, including but not limited to keys, license plates, paperwork, accessories, or personal property, is strictly prohibited.

Violators may be prosecuted, removed from the property immediately, and permanently barred from future auctions.

7. Reserve Bids
Registered bidders may place a reserve bid prior to the auction. A refundable deposit of $500 is required.

If the reserve bid is outbid during the auction, the deposit will be refunded.

If the reserve bid is the winning bid and the bidder fails to complete the purchase, the deposit will be forfeited.

Winning reserve bidders must complete payment and remove the vehicle within 24 hours of the auction or make other arrangements with auction staff.
