This is a public foreclosure lien sale conducted in accordance with applicable law.

CHUAY LLC does not own the vehicles or assets offered for sale. CHUAY LLC has been authorized through the applicable lien foreclosure process and accompanying court order(s), when required, to sell the foreclosed lien and the associated unit.

The successful bidder purchases the lien rights, accompanying sale documentation, and the associated unit in accordance with state law.

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the sale and may be made by Cash, Zelle, or Bank Wire. No purchased unit may be removed until payment has been received and cleared.

Certified Checks and Cashier's Checks are accepted with a minimum $500 cash deposit. The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of the auction.

A $100 Administrative Auction Fee will be added to each successful purchase.

All Certified Checks and Cashier's Checks must be made payable to CHUAY LLC. Wiring instructions or Zelle information are available upon request.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL FORECLOSED LIENS AND ASSOCIATED UNITS ARE SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS."

All bidders must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid government-issued photo ID, and register prior to the start of the auction to receive a bidder number.

Any bidder who submits the winning bid and fails or refuses to complete payment may be removed from the auction and permanently prohibited from participating in future Chuay LLC lien sales.

Purchased units must be removed from the auction property within 24 hours unless prior arrangements have been approved by auction staff.

Any unit remaining beyond that time will be subject to a $25.00 per day storage fee, per unit.

All foreclosed liens and associated units are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," WITH ALL FAULTS, without warranty or guarantee of any kind, expressed or implied.

Removing or attempting to remove any item from a unit—including keys, license plates, documents, accessories, or personal property—is strictly prohibited unless authorized by auction staff after purchase.

Violators may be removed from the property and subject to legal action.

Registered bidders may place reserve bids prior to the auction by submitting a $500 refundable deposit.

• If outbid, the deposit will be refunded. 
• If the reserve bid is successful and payment is not completed, the deposit will be forfeited. 
• Winning reserve bidders must complete payment and remove the purchased unit within 24 hours, unless otherwise approved.
